Mihir, Head of Product Management
What do you find most exciting about your job?
Every day, I learn something new and exciting. That's great because it helps me grow as a professional and a leader. It also gives me an opportunity to contribute to the success of the company, its business and products. Seeing the results of your work and the impact it makes is incredibly exciting.
Why will other people like working at YouSendIt?
They will find hungry, curious, and ambitious co-workers. They will help you grow and succeed in your job. And they will love YSI's energetic, no-nonsense culture. Plus, our employees have a great sense of humor and like to blow off steam at the Rock Bottom Brewery.
Can you say something about the glory of Tuesdays?
I really look forward to Tuesdays because I get to spend a couple of hours at the gym playing badminton with my colleagues. I may not interact with them on a day-to-day basis. But playing together means getting to know them better, all while breaking a sweat and feeling good about it.

What moves you at YouSendIt?
YSI is my first corporate job after college. I'm extremely fortunate to affect the business on a daily basis. I love seeing my work on Facebook, Twitter, and on our Blog. I've also learned a lot about myself in a short period of time because I've been thrown into so many different projects.
What's your favorite restaurant at the Pruneyard?
It's too hard to pick a favorite one! The great thing about the Pruneyard IS that no matter what I'm craving that day, I can get it: Mexican, Greek, sandwiches, sushi, you name it. I go to Le Boulanger a lot because they have great sandwiches and cookies.
What's the coolest project you've recently worked on?
The SXSW micro-site and campaign, hands down. We sponsored the Film Hideout Lounge. During the event, our camera crew interviewed a lot of attendees and asked them a simple question, “What moves you?” The response was great! My personal favorite was Guy Kawasaki, an idol of mine.
